Dr. Felicia Donaldson

Superintendent of Schools

Dr. Felicia Donaldson, an outstanding transformational leader, joined Everman ISD as the Superintendent on September 2021. 

Dr. Donaldson has served as the district’s Assistant Superintendent since 2016.  She has over 25 years of experience in education.  She began her career as a middle school science teacher and later served as Assistant Principal, Principal, Director of Professional and Community Development, and Executive Director of Human Resources.

Dr. Donaldson is a Fort Worth native, graduating from Eastern Hills High School. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Master’s of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Texas Christian University, and her Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Tarleton University.

Dr. Donaldson believes that a quality education is the conduit to success for all students regardless of their background, environment, or socioeconomic circumstance. She has dedicated her career to removing barriers to success for students and believes it is her calling, duty, and responsibility to establish and maintain learning environments that remove barriers so that all students are equipped to compete in a global society, and are prepared to be productive, contributing, and positive members of society.
